Bhoujan is a restaurant in Motor City, Dubai, renovated after being reacquired by the client. The space uses familiar Indian architectural references through brick textures, custom lattice details, warm lighting, and an open dining layout.

The design reworks familiar Indian architectural elements through material, proportion, and repetition. Brick textures, turned timber details, recessed shelves, woven lighting, and upholstered seating define the dining environment while keeping the layout open and functional.
